Residential Complex

Project Narrative:
Creating shared, open, multifunction and green spaces in different levels next to the residential spaces is the principal idea of this project. Such spaces have the potential to blend with daily lives of residents, while considering the controlled population of the complex they shall increase the possibility to control and apply necessary protocols. Such space functions will obviously increase the quality of spaces in the complex and in the meantime they shall facilitate the resurrection of spiritual and mental state of the residents during pandemics and lockdowns.
To achieve space compatibility and being part the residents' daily lives, there is connection between these yards and public areas from different levels. Implementing corridors and connections between the yards creates a continuous time and space framework around the volume of the building. Accessing to this secondary level has been designed in way so there is possibility of access and motion horizontally and vertically.
