Project Narrative:
This is a complicated project. Due to non-geometrical site the spatial organization was facing serious problems. Therefore, by defining the type of physical spatial organization that based on two voids, a dual form of filled and emptiness is created.
This physical structure gave rise to a sense of spatial lightness in the office units in the office floors as each unit had a good view of the three sides and was connected from one side to the adjacent unit. Connecting the joints to the units is possible through a bridge between these voids, which is present in all of this public space inside the voids and in some way induces introspection for the project.
The exterior has attempted to create some dynamics between the spaces that are vacant and those which they are defined. It is the same inner filled-empty dual has been redefined as an outer, and they are intertwined along the length of the project. A retreat in part of the main facade of the ground floor and consequently an opening on the commercial part and its glass cover, in addition to the external attention, has extended the transparent-matte dual to the main facade of the project.
