Project Narrative:
The main idea of the project is derived from the overlap of two different layers of façade. The lateral façade is a transparent, polished coarse-grained surface, on which rigid, rough bars has been spread and interconnected by intermediary wood surfaces to the next.
The concept also pursues a kind of freedom and diversity, while having an internal logic as well as consideration of function and plan. The typology of units is defined in such a way that the upper floors have fewer units with larger areas. The exterior body and plan are arranged in a way that the interior and exterior relationships are unique to each space and the dual rigid and transparent bodies, both inside and outside, make a great difference in defining space.
